O-nnect（以下「運営者」）は、運営者が提供するアプリ、ソフトウェア、Webページ、問い合わせ・報告窓口その他のサービス（以下「対象サービス」）における情報を、本ポリシーに従って取り扱います。対象サービス固有の情報がある場合、本ポリシーと併せて適用されます。

1. 取り扱う情報

  • 問い合わせ・報告情報: 利用者がTallyフォーム等へ入力した種別、件名、本文、OS・アプリバージョン、任意の連絡先、添付ファイル等。
  • Webアクセス情報: IPアドレス、アクセス日時、要求URL、ブラウザ・端末に関する技術情報、セキュリティ・診断情報等を、ホスティング事業者が処理する場合があります。
  • メインWebサイトのログイン・コメント: Googleログインを選んだ場合、Firebase Authenticationがアカウント識別子、表示名、プロフィール画像、メールアドレス等を認証・アカウント管理のために処理します。コメントには投稿者識別子、表示名、プロフィール画像URL、本文、投稿・編集・削除日時、公開状態、返信関係を保存します。新しいコメントと返信の表示名・画像・本文・日時は投稿後に原則すぐ公開されます。メールアドレスはコメントに保存・表示しません。表示名はアカウント設定でサイト用に変更でき、以後の投稿に使用します。グッド／バッドにはアカウント識別子、選択・取消状態、更新日時を保存し、合計数だけを公開します。投票者の一覧は公開しません。投稿・投票は任意です。
  • 対象サービス固有の情報: アプリ内で扱う記録、端末機能、広告、検索等の詳細は、各サービスの固有ページで案内します。
  • ブログ記事の「いいね」: 任意でハートを押した場合、Firebaseにアカウント識別子、対象記事、選択・取消状態、更新日時を保存します。公開するのは記事ごとの合計数だけです。押した人の名前・画像・メールアドレスや一覧は公開しません。本人はログインして取り消せます。取消後も集計の整合性を保つため取消記録を保持します。

法務・サポートサイト自体は利用者アカウントを提供せず、問い合わせに不要な生年月日や正確な位置情報を求めません。

2. 利用目的

情報は、対象サービスの提供・維持・改善、問い合わせへの回答、不具合・不適切な広告・権利侵害の調査、セキュリティと不正利用防止、法令・紛争対応、重要な変更の案内のために必要な範囲で利用します。問い合わせ時の連絡先は、返信が必要な場合にのみ利用します。

3. 外部サービスと国外処理

  • Cloudflare: 法務・サポートサイトの配信、DNS、セキュリティ、技術ログの処理に利用します。
  • Google / Firebase: メインWebサイトのGoogleログイン、サイト用表示名、コメント保存（Authentication / Cloud Firestore）に利用します。認証情報は米国で処理されます。プロフィール画像の読み込みに伴い、GoogleがIPアドレス等の技術情報を処理する場合があります。運営者は不適切なコメントを非公開・削除できます。
  • YouTube: メインWebサイトに動画サムネイルを表示し、再生操作後に動画プレーヤーを読み込みます。画像取得や再生に伴い、GoogleがIPアドレス等の技術情報を処理する場合があります。
  • Tally: 問い合わせ・報告フォームの表示、入力内容・添付ファイルの受領、回答管理に利用します。
  • GitHub / Pages CMS: 公開する法務文書の編集・版管理に利用します。通常の閲覧者が入力した問い合わせ内容は保存しません。

各提供者は、サービス提供、安全確保、法令対応等のため、利用者の居住国外で情報を処理する場合があります。各提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。運営者は、法令に基づく場合、権利・安全の保護に必要な場合、または利用者が選択した送信先である場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者へ販売しません。

4. 保持と削除

問い合わせ・報告情報は、回答、調査、セキュリティ、紛争・法令対応に必要な期間だけ保持し、その後合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。アクセスログや第三者サービス上の情報は、各提供者の設定・保持方針に従います。対象サービス固有の端末内情報は、各固有ページに記載します。

ブログコメントは本人がログインして編集・削除できます。画面からの削除は本文を削除済み表示へ置き換え、他の利用者の返信を維持するため、表示名・画像・日時・返信関係などの記録は残します。投票の取消後も集計の整合性を保つため取消記録を保持します。アカウントや運営者が保有する関連情報の削除は、[email protected]へご連絡ください。投稿が非公開でも管理・不正利用防止のため保持する場合があります。表示テーマ、ログイン状態とその保存方法の選択をブラウザ内に保存します。設定画面でログインをブラウザに保持するか、現在のタブの利用中だけにするかを選べます。メインWebサイトではGoogle Analyticsを導入していません。

5. 安全管理

運営者は、アクセス制御、非公開リポジトリによる版管理、暗号化通信、委託先の選定等、情報の性質と規模に応じた合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、端末、インターネット通信、第三者サービスの完全な安全を保証するものではありません。

6. 利用者の選択と権利

問い合わせフォームの任意項目は入力せずに利用できます。適用法令により、運営者が保有する利用者の情報について、開示、訂正、削除、処理制限、オプトアウト等を求められる場合があります。本人確認に必要な範囲を超える情報は求めません。

7. 未成年者

対象サービスごとの対象年齢に従ってください。未成年者は、居住地の法令上必要な場合、親権者等の同意を得てください。問い合わせフォームには、調査に不要な個人情報を入力しないでください。

8. 変更と問い合わせ

法令、機能、外部サービス、情報の取扱いが変わる場合、本ポリシーを更新します。冒頭に変更点、改定日、必要な対応を掲載し、法令上同意が必要な新しい取扱いは開始前に同意を取得します。

O-nnect (the “Operator”) handles information in applications, software, web pages, support and report channels, and other services it provides (collectively, the “Services”) under this Policy. A service-specific notice applies together with this Policy where available.

1. Information handled

  • Support and report information: Category, subject, message, OS and App version, optional contact details, attachments, and other information entered by users in a Tally form or another support channel.
  • Web access information: Hosting providers may process IP address, access time, requested URL, browser or device technical information, security events, and diagnostics.
  • Main website sign-in and comments: If you choose Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication processes identifiers, display name, profile image, email address, and related information for authentication and account management. Comments store the author identifier, display name, profile image URL, message, submission/edit/deletion times, publication status, and reply relationships. New comments and replies normally publish the name, image, message, and time immediately after submission; email addresses are not saved or shown in comments. Account settings let you change the site-specific name used for future posts. Reactions store the account identifier, choice or cancellation, and update time. Only aggregate counts are public, not voter lists. Posting and voting are optional.
  • Service-specific information: A service-specific notice describes App records, device features, advertising, search, and other handling.
  • Blog article likes: If you choose to press the heart, Firebase stores your account identifier, the article, the selected or cancelled state, and the update time. Only each article’s aggregate count is public. Names, images, email addresses, and lists of people who liked an article are not published. You may sign in to cancel a like. Cancellation records remain for count consistency.

The Legal / Support site itself does not provide user accounts and does not request a date of birth or precise location for ordinary support.

2. Purposes

Information is used as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; respond to users; investigate bugs, inappropriate ads, or rights concerns; protect security and prevent abuse; meet legal or dispute obligations; and communicate important changes. Optional contact details are used only when a response is needed.

3. External services and international processing

  • Cloudflare: Site delivery, DNS, security, and technical logs.
  • Google / Firebase: Google sign-in, site-specific display names, and comment storage using Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Authentication information is processed in the United States. Loading profile images may send IP addresses and related technical information to Google. The Operator may hide or delete inappropriate comments.
  • YouTube: Video thumbnails on the main website and a video player loaded after you choose to play. Google may process IP addresses and related technical information when images or videos are requested.
  • Tally: Displaying support forms and receiving and managing submitted text and attachments.
  • GitHub / Pages CMS: Editing and versioning published legal documents. They do not store ordinary visitors’ support submissions.

Providers may process information outside the user’s country for delivery, security, and legal compliance. Their terms and privacy policies apply. The Operator does not sell user information except that information may be disclosed when required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or sent to a destination chosen by the user.

4. Retention and deletion

Support information is kept only as reasonably necessary for response, investigation, security, disputes, and legal duties, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. Access logs and information held by providers follow their settings and retention policies. Service-specific notices describe on-device retention.

Authors may sign in to edit or delete their own blog comments. Deletion from the interface replaces the message with a deleted marker; records such as the name, image, time, and reply relationships remain to preserve other users’ replies. Cancelled reaction records are retained for count consistency. Contact [email protected] to request deletion of an account or related information held by the Operator. Unpublished comments may be retained for moderation and abuse prevention. Theme preferences, sign-in state, and the chosen persistence mode are stored in your browser. Settings let you retain sign-in across visits or only for the current tab session. Google Analytics is not installed on the main website.

5. Security

The Operator applies safeguards appropriate to the information and scale, including access control, versioning in a private repository, encrypted transport, and selection of providers. Complete security of devices, internet communication, or third-party services cannot be guaranteed.

6. Choices and rights

Optional form fields may be left blank. Applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or opt-out regarding information held by the Operator. The Operator will not request more information than reasonably needed to verify a request.

7. Minors

Users must follow the age rating for each Service. Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent where required. Do not include personal information unnecessary for an investigation in a support form.

8. Changes and contact

This Policy may be updated when law, functions, external services, or handling practices change. A concise summary, updated date, and any required action will appear at the top. Consent will be obtained before new handling where required by law.
