O-nnect（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリ、ソフトウェア、Webページ、問い合わせ・報告窓口その他のサービス（以下「対象サービス」）を利用する前に、本規約と共通プライバシーポリシー、対象サービスごとの追加情報を確認してください。

1. 適用範囲と個別条件

本規約は対象サービスの利用に共通して適用されます。対象サービスの画面、ストア掲載情報、個別のプライバシー情報、ライセンス表示その他の個別条件がある場合、それらも適用されます。本規約と個別条件が矛盾する部分は、個別条件が優先します。

2. 対象年齢と利用環境

利用者は、対象サービスに表示された対象年齢、居住地の法令、端末・ストアの条件に従って利用してください。未成年者は、居住地の法令上必要な場合、親権者等の同意を得てください。必要な端末、通信環境、通信料金、バックアップ先等は利用者の責任で用意・管理します。

3. 利用者が保存・送信する情報

利用者は、対象サービスに保存、入力、添付、共有または送信する情報について責任を負います。第三者の個人情報、著作権、肖像、秘密その他の権利を尊重し、必要な許可を得てください。問い合わせや報告には、調査に不要な生年月日、正確な位置情報、バックアップファイルその他の機微な情報を含めないでください。

4. 第三者サービス

対象サービスは、地図、検索、広告、ホスティング、フォーム、OS機能その他の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。第三者のデータには誤り、欠落、更新差、提供範囲・画質の制限があり、各提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。対象サービスの画面またはプライバシー情報で、主な提供者と通信内容を案内します。

5. 広告

対象サービスに広告が含まれる場合、広告内容、リンク先、商品・サービスは広告主等が提供します。広告は運営者による推奨または保証ではありません。不適切または年齢に適さない広告は、対象サービスの報告窓口から知らせてください。

6. 禁止事項

法令違反、第三者の権利侵害・嫌がらせ、不正アクセス、対象サービスや第三者サービスの解析・改変・妨害、セキュリティ機能の回避、虚偽または濫用的な報告、他者になりすます行為、その他運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。

7. 権利

対象サービスのソフトウェア、名称、ロゴ、デザイン、運営者が作成した文章・画像等の権利は、運営者または各権利者に帰属します。第三者の地図、データ、フォント、ライブラリ、広告等は各ライセンスに従います。本規約は利用者に権利の譲渡を行うものではありません。

8. 変更、停止、終了

運営者は、保守、更新、セキュリティ、第三者サービス、法令・ストア要件その他合理的な理由により、対象サービスの機能、対応環境、提供地域を変更、停止または終了できます。可能な場合は本サイトまたは対象サービス内で案内します。

9. 保証と責任

対象サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。適用法令上運営者が責任を負う場合を除き、常時利用可能であること、誤りがないこと、情報の正確性・完全性・最新性、データが失われないこと、第三者サービスや広告が継続することを保証しません。通常の過失による責任は、法令で認められる範囲で、現実に生じた通常かつ直接の損害に限られます。故意・重過失、生命・身体への損害、その他法令上制限できない責任や消費者の強行法規上の権利は制限しません。

10. 規約の変更、準拠法、問い合わせ

本規約は、利用者一般の利益に適合する場合、または変更の必要性・相当性等に照らして合理的な場合に変更します。変更内容、適用日、必要な対応を本ページで分かりやすく案内し、法令上個別同意が必要な場合は同意を取得します。本規約は日本法に準拠しますが、利用者の常居所における強行的な消費者保護を排除しません。紛争は誠実に協議し、解決しない場合は適用法令上管轄を有する裁判所に申し立てることができます。

LOCAVESTAに関する追加条件

LOCAVESTAは、訪問した場所、名称、位置、訪問日、メモ、タグ、グループ、写真・動画を端末内で記録、閲覧、編集、整理、バックアップするアプリです。現行版にはアカウント、公開プロフィール、運営者独自のクラウド同期、バックグラウンドでの移動経路の自動記録はありません。正式な配信対象地域は日本、米国、オーストラリアです。

LOCAVESTAは13歳以上を対象とします。iOS版は生年月日を求めず、App Store上の対象年齢を13歳以上とします。Android版は、利用制限と広告設定を端末内で適用するため生年月日を求め、12歳以下または年齢を判定できない場合は通常利用を開始しません。

記録、写真・動画は原則として端末内に保存され、運営者独自のサーバーへ自動送信されません。利用者が作成するバックアップには位置、住所、メモ、写真・動画等が含まれ、現行版ではバックアップファイル自体は暗号化されません。利用者は保存先、共有相手、端末の紛失や故障に備えた保管を自ら管理してください。

LOCAVESTAは、MapLibre、OpenFreeMap、OpenMapTiles、OpenStreetMap、国土地理院の地理院タイル、国土交通省の国土数値情報、Geoloniaによる配信、Photon、端末OSの住所取得機能、Google AdMob等を利用します。地図や検索結果を交通安全、災害対応その他の安全上重要な判断の唯一の根拠にしないでください。

LOCAVESTAにはバナー広告が表示されます。iOS版は全広告リクエストに児童向け取扱いと最大コンテンツレーティングGを適用し、パーソナライズド広告、リマーケティング、IDFAの利用を行いません。Android版は13～17歳に同等の保護を適用し、18歳以上は地域・同意・設定に応じた広告を表示します。生年月日、正確な年齢、保存した記録、写真・動画、メモ、タグを広告ターゲティング情報として送信しません。詳しくはLOCAVESTA固有のプライバシー情報を確認してください。

Before using applications, software, web pages, support and report channels, or other services provided by O-nnect (collectively, the “Services”), review these Terms, the General Privacy Policy, and any service-specific information.

1. Scope and specific terms

These Terms apply generally to the Services. Information shown in a Service, store listing, service-specific privacy notice, license notice, or other specific terms also applies. Specific terms control to the extent of a conflict with these Terms.

2. Age and environment

Users must follow the age rating displayed for each Service, local law, and device or store requirements. Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent where required. Users are responsible for devices, connectivity, charges, and backup destinations needed to use a Service.

3. Information saved or submitted by users

Users are responsible for information they save, enter, attach, share, or submit and must respect privacy, copyright, image, confidentiality, and other third-party rights. Do not include a date of birth, precise location, backup file, or other sensitive information in support requests unless it is genuinely needed for the investigation.

4. Third-party services

The Services may use third-party maps, search, advertising, hosting, forms, operating-system features, or other services. Third-party data may contain errors, omissions, delays, and coverage or quality limits. Each provider’s terms and privacy policy apply. The relevant Service or privacy notice identifies principal providers and network transfers.

5. Advertising

Where a Service includes advertising, advertisers or destinations provide the ad content, products, and services. Ads do not constitute endorsement or warranty by the Operator. Report inappropriate or age-inappropriate ads through the applicable support channel.

6. Prohibited conduct

Users must not violate law; infringe or harass others; gain unauthorized access; analyze, alter, disrupt, or bypass security of a Service or third-party service; submit knowingly false or abusive reports; impersonate others; or otherwise interfere with operation.

7. Rights

Rights in Service software, names, logos, designs, and Operator-created content belong to the Operator or relevant rights holders. Third-party maps, data, fonts, libraries, and advertisements remain subject to their licenses. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.

8. Changes and discontinuation

The Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue functions, supported environments, or regions for maintenance, updates, security, third-party changes, legal or store requirements, or other reasonable grounds, with notice on this site or in the Service where practicable.

9. Warranty and liability

The Services are provided “as is.” Except where liability is required by law, the Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy or completeness, prevention of data loss, or continued availability of third-party services or ads. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to ordinary, direct loss actually suffered. Nothing limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes, law, disputes, and contact

These Terms may be changed when the change benefits users generally or is reasonable in light of its need, scope, and circumstances. A clear summary, effective date, and any required action will be published here, and consent will be obtained where required. Japanese law governs without removing mandatory protections of the user’s habitual residence. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Additional terms for LOCAVESTA

LOCAVESTA lets users record, view, edit, organize, and back up visited places, names, locations, visit dates, notes, tags, groups, photos, and videos on their device. The current version has no user account, public profile, Operator-operated cloud sync, or automatic background route tracking. Official distribution is currently limited to Japan, the United States, and Australia.

LOCAVESTA is intended for users aged 13 or older. The iOS version does not request a date of birth and is offered for ages 13+ on the App Store. The Android version requests a date of birth solely to apply on-device access and advertising settings; normal use is unavailable when the user is 12 or younger or age cannot be determined.

Records and media are generally stored on the device and are not automatically uploaded to an Operator-operated server. User-created backups may contain locations, addresses, notes, photos, and videos and are not encrypted by the current App. Users are responsible for choosing safe storage and recipients and for protecting against device loss or failure.

LOCAVESTA uses MapLibre, OpenFreeMap, OpenMapTiles, OpenStreetMap, Geospatial Information Authority of Japan tiles, Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism data, Geolonia delivery, Photon, operating-system geocoding, and Google AdMob. Do not use map or search results as the sole basis for traffic safety, disaster response, or another safety-critical decision.

LOCAVESTA displays banner advertisements. On iOS, every ad request uses child-directed treatment and a maximum content rating of G; the App does not use personalized advertising, remarketing, or IDFA. On Android, equivalent protections apply to users aged 13–17, while advertising for adults depends on region, consent, and settings. The App does not send date of birth, exact age, saved records, media, notes, or tags for ad targeting. See the LOCAVESTA Privacy Notice for details.
